What a day. Aiden asked me out, then he almost punched my brother. Him and Ashley were all smiley at each other after they were alone in her office. And Ashley and I almost kissed. I think it's time for a good night sleep. I layed down on my bed, giving a big sigh. I'm exauhsted. I closed my eyes, just ready to pass out when I realized that my light was still on. I sighed again and growled, then rose up and walked to the light switch. As I walked by my desk, my phone went off. I picked the phone. Not even caring who it was.
"Hello?"
"Hey, Spencer. I'm sorry were you sleeping? You sound tired." It was Aiden.
"I was going to go to bed, but then you called." That sounded a little mean.
"Oh, I guess now was a bad time. I'll..."
"No, it's fine. Really." I interupted him.
"Ok, then. I was wondering if Saturday would be a good day for our date?" I almost forgot about that.
"Yeah. That wouldn't be a problem."
"Awesome. So I'll pick you up at around seven, that day?"
"Yes."
"Good. Good. Good." I could feel his smile through the phone.
"Hey, I'm really sleepy, so I'll talk to you tomorrow."
"Ok, bye." I hung up before saying bye back.
Now there was something else on my mind. Talking to Aiden reminded me of him and Ashley today in 5th period. I'm going to call Ashley right now, because this is driving me crazy. I need to know. I dialed her number, while mumbling to myself about all the possiblities.
"Why are you calling me so late?" She sounded groggy.
"We need to talk."
"What's wrong? Please don't tell me you regret us." Ashley now sounded wide awake.
