So it's the final week of summer and I really don't want to go back to school. Mainly because I know it is the last school year that I will spend with Spencer. She has been looking what school she wants to go to for the past year almost so that's not too much of a new thing...but she has narrowed it down to Harvard or Boston College or Rice...and I know she will get into all of them because she is that smart, but Harvard and Boston College are both like 15 hours away driving and flying is just outrageously expensive. Hopefully she will go to Rice because it is soooo much closer. It is still a couple hours but only like four or five..much more doable. But she wouldn't just go off to college and not consider me would she? She wants to stay by me as much as I want to be by here right?

Well it's a Wednesday night and I have no idea what to do..I could call Spencer, but i know she is busy with her job..I think she is working tonight..she got a job at a tv station and she works the oddest hours. What the hell...I'll call. 

Ring...ring...ring.."hello"

"Hey Spence..what are you doing?"

"Nothing..just got off work so I'm really beat. I've been on my feet all day and I could really use a bubble bath."

"Well I could make that happen if you want to come over here. My dad is still at work and I think he has a date tonight."

"Ha, you never give up do you? If I didn't know any better I would seriously think that you were a 14 year old boy."

"So..yes?"

"Yes. I'll be there in a couple of minutes. Love you."

"Love you too."
