Chapter One

Meet Spencer Carlin she is Half Human and Vampire she has been around for a 100 years but she only looks around 25. She just moved to L A. It has been around 40 years since the last time she was in L.A the city has grown so much since then. She has seen a lot of the world in her time but LA is her favorite city. She owns a nice size mansion with a pool and a nice cliff side view of the ocean. As she steps out of her limo she is almost knocked to the ground by someone running around the corner. As she turns to look she sees the most beautiful girl she as ever seen.

Meet Ashley Davies she is a beautiful brunette with chocolate brown eyes and a nose crinkling smile that can light up the darkest day. She has been out for her nightly run and when she rounds the the corner of her street she almost runs into someone. When she looks at who she is meet with a beautiful blonde with ocean blue eyes and a hypnotic smile. All they can say to each other is Hi.

As they both stand and stare at each other they are brought out of there trance by a strange smell. They both have a strange look come over there face and they both hurry to say there goodbye and sorrys. They both start to walk away. Both of them scan the area and see nothing but both are very aware of what that smell means to each one of them and nether one are to happy. For both of them that smell means death. For Spencer the smell means there is a werewolf. For Ashley it means there is a Vampire around but this smell is different she can’t place it and that worries her just a little bit.

Spencer is happy to be inside for the sun will soon be up and she needs to rest. Spencer has to go hunt and Adian will arrive tomarrow night with her belongings. Ashley also has a big day tomarrow she has to tell Kila about tonight and also have brunch with her in the morning so she to needs to rest.

Ashley: Good morning Kila

Kila: Same to you Ashley how was your night?

Ashley: Well I meet a beautiful blonde with ocean blue eyes and a nice body

Kila: Oh what was here name?

Ashley: I don’t remember her giving it to me

Kila: Huh Ok

Ashley: Well there is one more thing though

Kila: Ok what is it

Ashley: There was this strange smell and I know it was a Vampire but something was different I could not place it.

Kila: So what do u want to do about it

Ashley : I don’t know I was thinking about a hunt tonight. It is the first night of the full moon. What do you think ?

Kila : Ok what time do you want to start ?

Ashley: I was thinking about maybe around 7

Kila: Ok I will come over around 6:30

Ashley :Ok see you then

Kila: k thinks for brunch see you later

Ashley : K welcome see you later.

Later that night at Ashley’s house. They are both getting ready they both have a bag that holds there clothes. They both recheck there bags to make sure they have everything and then they are out the door.
