I see the look in his eyes when he looks at Spencer. I recognize that look and I’ll smack it off his face if he doesn’t cut it out. I took the empty seat to the right of Spencer and I sat a little closer than necessary, but I don’t think anyone noticed.
Ashley: “Hey.”
Spencer: “Hey, Ashley… You all know Ashley, Right?”
Everyone nodded except Glen.
Glen: “We haven’t been properly introduced. I’m Glen. The fun one in the family. You should try hanging with me sometime.”
Ashley: “I’m sure you are.”
I glanced at Spencer and I could tell she was trying not to laugh. I guess good taste runs in the family.
Glen moved from his seat and came to sit beside me. ‘great’ I thought. He spent the rest of lunch shooting off cheesy pick up lines that made me gag. And I noticed Aiden was trying the same on Spencer. Ok, didn’t he have a girlfriend? Assuming Maddison even counts as a person, but still. He needs to back off of mine.
The bell rang and I stood up as quickly as I could. I pulled Spencer to the side and started to walk her to class. She immediately burst out into laughter and tried her best to form words to apologize for Glen.
Spencer: “*Laughs* I’m. *Laughs* so sorry about Glen. *giggles*”
Ashley: “That’s not what bothered me. I hate how I had to sit there and let Aiden hit on you. I mean… I can’t blame him. You are a total catch.”
Spencer: “Well, thank you Ashley. And I cant blame Glen… Doesn’t mean I like it though. It was just funny watching him try for something he will never get.”
Ashley: “Spencer Carlin! You should have faith in your brother. I think he has a great chance to get with me.”
Spencer laughed and playfully hit my arm.
Spencer: “He will never have you I say!”
Ashley: “And why do you say that?”
Spencer leaned in very close to my ear and whispered “Because you are all mine. And I have every intention of keeping it that way. No matter what.”
It gave me chills all over my body. It was a mixture of her whispering in my ear, how close she was to me, and the sweet thing she said.
My next move wasn’t the most romantic thing ever, but I had to do it. I grabbed Spencer by the hand and lead her into the girls bathroom. I made sure no one was around and we entered the very last stall. Immediately my hands grabbed her hips and pulled her body against my own. My lips gently pressed against hers and I had to catch her as her legs started to fail. She brought one hand up to my face and the other held on to my arm. The kiss became rough and fast and she moaned into my mouth as I slid my tongue into her mouth. Then abruptly I stopped and gave her a quick soft kiss on the nose and I exited the stall.
