I awoke the next morning and started getting ready for school. I guess I was a lot more tired that I realized, because as soon as I climbed the stairs to my room I passed out, face first on my bed. I didn’t even set an alarm for school. I just happened to wake up on time. Unlucky me.

School was halfway over and I hadn’t seen Spencer anywhere. If I didn’t know any better Id say she was avoiding me. I thought I saw her earlier, but whoever it was turned around and went the other way. It couldn’t have been her.

I was standing outside after one of my classes (I didn’t pay attention to which one it was) and I saw Spencer talking to Aiden and Maddison. I didn’t want to talk to those two, but it seemed to be my only option to see Spencer. I figured a few rude comments from cheerb!tch would be worth seeing her. I was off to the side pretending to talk on my cell while I worked up the courage to go over. I didn’t want to seem like a stalker, so I made myself look busy. Finally I walked over and greeted Spencer.

Ashley: “ Hey, Where have you been all day?”
Spencer: “We do have that thing called school.”
Ashley: “Please, not here. You just show up and after four years and they let you out. Doing school’s totally overrated.... So you know them?”

I couldn’t help but ask. I never miss a chance to fight with Maddison.

Maddison: “Good question. You know her?”
Spencer: “You guys know each other?”

She’s so oblivious. Her innocence is new to me, but I’ll admit. I definitely like it.
