I think I will see him again. I feel confortable with him.Ashley: "King."
Arthur: "Oh that's where my kids went. Did you know any of them?"
Ashley: "Not exactly. I knew of them but I didn't actually know them, know them." I admit.
Arthur: "Well that's cool that you went to the same school as my kids." He looked at his kids in the picture.
We ended up just talking about how I grew up. Who my dad was all the tell me about your childhood crap. I told him about my absentee father and how my mom always made up for him. I got up to about 5th grade of my life before he said that he had another appointment in ten minutes and that our time was up for this particular session. But if I wanted to I could make another appointment with the front desk for next week. So I did. I actually really liked talking to him. I know it's going to probably get harder to talk to him about certain things but I actually could see myself talking to him about them.
Spencer POV
Why can't I get up the nerve to call her. It's been a week. I've never been so nervous about something someone in my life. Well maybe my dad will have the answers. I know he has like a five to ten minute break between people so I headed over. That's when I saw her coming out of the office.
Spencer: "Ashley?" Her head shot up and she jumped a little.
Ashley: "Spencer, hey, how are you?" She smiled at me and it was the most amazing smile I've ever seen before.
Spencer: "I'm good. How are you?" I smile back sheepishly.
Ashley: "Good."
Spencer: "So what are you doing here?" I ask trying to think of better things to talk about while she answered.
Ashley: "Um actually I was, um, I was..." I could tell she was getting flustered and didn't want to say she was getting counsoling.
Spencer: "It's ok, if you don't wanna say. Um what are you up to right now?" I hoped that her answer was going to be nothing.
Ashley: "Actually I'm supposed help my sister cook dinner."
Spencer: "Oh." Well that sucks.
Ashley: "Would you want to come."
Spencer: "To dinner?" I asked surprised.
Ashley: "Yeah... I mean you don't have to if you don't want to. I just.
