“Okay class don’t forget to do page 34 numbers 1-55. Odds only!” The teacher instructed before the bell rang. Lunchtime!
“Hello my beautiful girlfriend!” Ashley greeted me with a kiss on the cheek while I was putting away my books into my locker. Girlfriend. So this is official! I wish lunch never had to end; I enjoyed sitting in Ashley’s lap and having her arms securely wrapped around me.
“So you’re coming over after school right?” Ashley asked still holding onto me.
“What if I don’t?” I inquired, smiling at her.
She smirked and spoke softly, “I’ll kidnap you.”
“I’m pretty sure that’s illegal Ash.” I replied rolling my eyes at her.
“I don’t like to follow the rules.” Still smirking as she raised her eyebrow. God that smirk. I’m feeling so flustered all of a sudden. “Meet me at my car after school.” She pulled me to her just as I was about to get up and kissed me passionately. Oh she’s good.
“You’re lucky that Glen has open-gym again today.” I said while I was walking away from her.
Hours past, homework was assigned, and then the final bell rang. Ashley’s house! I was at my locker when I heard someone call my name:
“Hey Spencer.” It was Racquel. Wow Ash really did some damage to her face. But it’ll go away, eventually. “I just wanted to apologize for calling you a bitch on Friday and I hope you can forgive me.” Her blue eyes were begging for forgiveness. Personally, I’m not the type of person to hold grudges.
“It was a stupid thing. Don’t worry about it.”
“Thank you.” And she walked off. That was the shortest apology I’ve ever gotten in my life! And it was pretty lame!
I walked to Ashley’s black BMW and she was already waiting in the driver’s seat. “Took you long enough.” She smiled giving me her ‘I’m Ashley Davies and I will make your heart melt’ smile and drove off. I told her about how Racquel apologized to me and Ashley just said, “Hell yeah she apologized! But she’s still on my radar just in case she tries anything again.” She’s so cute when she’s being all protective.
“Where’s Kyla?” I asked Ashley while I get a pencil and paper to start on my pre-cal homework.
“Work till 7…Seriously, you’re gonna do homework right now?” Ashley seemed so annoyed. Good.
