Nurse: "I'm sorry sweetheart. I'm almost done." 

Ashley: "The faster the better. Like a band-aid. Just rip it out."

Nurse: "That would make it worse and now I'm done. It's out." She smiled "I'm sure you have to go to the bathroom. Do you want help walking to the bathroom?" She asked sweetly.

Ashley: "No I think I can do it."

Nurse: "Ok just call if you need something." She said as she walked out.

Spencer walked in when the nurse left. I uncovered my legs and was surprised how skinny they had gotten. My muscle tone was gone. Gotta work on that when I get out of this joint. Then I swing my legs over the edge of the bed. I placed my feet on the floor and start to stand up only to stumble forward. Spencer was standing in front of me when I started to fall and she caught me.

Spencer: "Are you ok?"

Ashley: "Yeah, I just don't seem to have my muscles anymore. Can you help me to the bathroom?" I ask blushing.

Spencer: "You're cute when you blush. Of course I'll help you." She put one of her arms around my waist and put my arm around her shoulder. Then walked me to the bathroom. She sat me on the toilet and turned and walked out. "Just tell me when you're done and I'll walk you back to your bed." 

I nodded and she left the room. I then peed like I've been holding it for the last three months. Knowing me I probably was holding it for that long. I swear I peed for five minutes. Finally I finished.

Ashley: "I'm done." I say as loudly as I can to Spencer, I still sound hoarse. Spencer walked back into the bathroom and helped me to the sink to wash my hands then back to the bed. "That was a work out." I say out of breath and lightly laughing. 

Spencer: "Ya well you have been a lazy bum as of late." She laughed.

Ashley: "So what happened three months ago?" I asked after we stopped laughing and I was all situated in the bed.
