"Are we there yet?" The twins asked in unison for the 100th time in the last 2 hours.
"Like we said a minute ago, no Jake and Nate!" My parents shouted back, heck I was frustrated but at least I have my good old iPod to tie me down.
We had to take two vans to get there, since I don't have my licence I'm sharing with my parents, Nate, Jake, Kaila and Katharina of course. Clay and Glen being the oldest get to drive up there themselves. I just sat back and since I was right beside a window I decided to take advantage of it and let the lyrics sink in while I try to get some rest in the last 2 hours we have left of driving. Katharina was already asleep on my shoulder so I turned up my music some more and started drifting off listening to some Three Days Grace.

I hate road trips, like why couldn't we get my Dad's privet jet up there or something, nope instead I haft to share a van with some of my siblings since I'm not aloud to drive up there until I'm out of school. I'm now squeeshed in between the Davies twins and it sucks, Alex is behind us with Todd playing video games and Kyla is lucky enough to get the window seat so she's asleep back there. Meanwhile Chelsea, Colby get to share the Porsche down there, it's like I'm stuck in the middle of almost being one of the oldest and almost one of the youngest and it sucks. So I put in my iPod ear phones to try and drown out my surroundings and hopefully get through this stupid vacation.

"We are officially here kids!" My Dad shouted excited and everyone was woken up if they were sleeping.
"What where are we?" Kat mumbled waking up and I kissed her cheek.
"We're here babe" I replied smiling and she kissed me back on my lips.
"Ew guys stop, it's weird enough the whole dating thing!" Kaila told us while she was seating beside Kat.
"Jeez Kai way to wreck the moment" Kat replied messing up Kaila's hair and smiling. "But I still love you kid"
"Umm we're only a year apart" She said smiling.
"I know, but you'll always be my little sis" She told her and then we got out of the van one by one to be met with Glen and Clay.
"How was the trip guys?" I asked them as I was stretching from the drive.
"It was alright, surprised we caught up to you guys though" Clay replied and Glen just smiled at me.
"I bet I can beat you to the bedroom" I over herd Nate tell Jake in an 'I'm better than you' sort of tone.
"Yeah right...ready, set...go!" Then they were off but before they could pass me I grabbed each of their shirts pulling them back.
"Hey what gives!" They both shouted.
"How's about we let the oldest siblings pick their room first?" I asked them smiling.
"And why would we do that?" Jake replied laughing.
"Because if you do I'll let you use my laptop whenever you need it" I told them and them had to think about it.
"Deal!" They both decided and shook my hand one at a time.
"So how about it guys, we picking or not?" I asked the group of eldest and they all smiled.
"Last one up is a rotten egg!" Kat shouted and we all started running, even we can act so childish sometimes.
